I really enjoyed this story by Jasmine Aherne, the characters were well crafted and believable. The style of writing made it easy and enjoyable to read - I was hooked from the first chapter.

I have to say it is very much for the romantically inclined, but as a budding writer I have to say that I was impressed with the book. The details were fabulous and I liked how the reader was able to get into the head of both protagonists.
I finished the latter part of the story today and found that I was hooked and needed to finish it in one go and didnt dare stop midway as it was all too good, and thus have put my work aside for later! I would definitely be interested in reading other work by Jasmine Aherne based on my enjoyment of this story.

just wanted to say I really enjoyed The Secret Admirer by Lisa Norris. I'm not normally one for romantic stories of any sort, but perhaps that's why I enjoyed it.
It was a very succint and readable piece, which was simplistic without being shallow. The language and the detail I felt was just right; anything more would be presumptuous and anything less wouldn't have held it together.
And to top it off, the ending was a very pleasant surprise; the kind of thing we should aspire to do for our friends. I didn't even see it coming either!
